Products

All products sold on teacherselfcarejournal.com are physical goods shipped to the address provided at checkout. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions, images, and specifications. Colors and details may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

• Individual and Retail Orders Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
• District and Institutional Orders Petals and Pages XO, LLC accepts purchase orders from approved K-12 school districts and government entities. A valid purchase order must be received and confirmed in writing before production begins. Payment terms for institutional orders are net 30 days from date of invoice. Petals and Pages XO, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny institutional credit terms at its discretion.
• Bulk Orders (Non-Institutional) For bulk orders outside of institutional purchase order arrangements a 50% deposit is required to secure your order and begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website at the time of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Petals and Pages XO, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, duplicate orders, or unused products.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting payment.

• Damaged or Defective Items:If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact email with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for items that are clearly damaged in transit.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed against a valid order and to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees.

Intellectual Property
